Congrats Amy for the video.
I feel exactely the same than you when I remove weeds coz' I think they are part of the biodiversity in our organic vineyard. But from time to time it is also good to regive to the soil what the vines take.

One has to be cruel to be kind. Those poor vines had suffered long enough so you're doing the right thing.
