Here's another look at harvest prep:
We're not going to so this in all of our vineyards, just in a few spots where the vines seem to be over loaded. We'll see if it has the desired effect! Funny, I look like I just bit into a lemon!

I guess you were basically removing grapillons early plus doing a bit of a green harvest. Any idea if this was worth the effort. I know in several areas of the Languedoc the berries were quite small this year.
