Our Wines

A cuvée of 80% Grenache 20% Syrah. Vinified and aged in concrete tanks. Our terroir is principally made up of sandy loam, with soft limestone and some small areas with red clay. This wine represents 80% of our production and is our flagship bottling. Our wines are rich and concentrated with loads of personality and southern Rhône character. The grapes are handpicked by our family and friends and then transported in small cases to the winery. The grapes are de-stemmed and then fermented with the naturally occurring yeasts, the only additive is a small amount of sulfur dioxide. Skin contact lasts from two to four weeks depending on the characteristics of the vintage. The wines are then aged in concrete tanks from 12-24 months, again depending on the different aspects of the vintage.

This is a new label for us! The magnificent 2010 vintage produced some of the best Grenache we've ever tasted. The fruit from our oldest vines was vinified separately and we liked it so much we decided to bottle it as is, 100%, unadulterated, pure Grenache. Aged for 24 months in unlined concrete tanks, this wine needs decanting, but once it opens up in your glass, you'll have a hard time putting it down. Complex yet elegant, it has everything the 2010 vintage has to offer! Only 5000 bottles made.

A special bottling of 100% Syrah from our friend Peter Till's vineyard. 50% aged in tank, 50% in 5 year old oak barrels. 2009 was a hot, ripe vintage with great tannic structure. 12 months in barrel followed by 6 months in tank, this is a big wine with lots of chewy, rich tannins and ripe fruit. The wine needs 3-5 more years in bottle before it will be truly ready to drink.

A wine that we only sell here in France, it's a blend of light fruity syrah and some of our rosé, made to be served slightly chilled, and quaffed by the pool on a warm summer evening. If you happen to be in France over the summer, make sure you check our schedule and come for one of our wine tasting evenings in the vineyard! Using our vintage Citroën Van as a rolling kitchen, we set up tables and chairs in picturesque places in our region and serve you locally sourced, handmade cuisine paired with our wines.
